I want to put some really good photos at my websites but problem is its watermarked with some other websites name ( I know that watermarked website do not have copy right for that). So I can simply use them after removing that watermark

So please guide me how to do that ... I ask a studio person who is using photoshop he told me that yes this can be done even if its locked layer. Please guide me with proper steps one by one.
