My sites was having PR 4 and now its PR 2
i haven't sold any link on my site yet
also haven't done any spamming and illegal things.
whats wrong with google ?
do they don't like my site ?
please help me out

This situation is completely normal.
There are can be two possible ways for decreasing your PR: 1) Google Penalized you (for adding new links on your site, getting link from spam websites) which makes google think you have bad neighborhood, 2) Link which were linking to you was been removed.
just go through your backlinks to get to know are they still linking to your site or not.

There must be a reason. If google penalized you then you surely know why . Otherwise check your backlinks.

Google doesn't likes association with spam websites. In your site , it might have contained links to some spam sites. Proper checking of your site should be done.

yes i agree with Rohit , they decrease your PR maybe for the spam.. because google maybe blocked or don't like this links which you add to your website , maybe you should delete them or add something good and new which could increase your PR ?!

Well now building links are depend on blogs. forums and many of them are do follow blogs/forum when you put your links and after some time they become no follow and your backlinks dropped and hence your PR.

There are many many reasons for that ... but two reasons can be

- Backlinks removed
- Quality of back links dropped.
