I am doing the work of Directory submission and I have almost 450 directories which are quite active and can least the website which I submitted.

But now my question is how I will come to know that such and such web directories has been penalised by Google and now Google is not indexing them. If you have any tool or idea than please share with me.

to know whether the directory is penalized or not just look for site:yourdirectory.com if you can see the indexed pages then the directory is not banned from google so it will pass the link juice.
